What size is your hall?

The hall is:
14.8m length
10.8m width
3.75m height to beams

The bar area is a separate additional space.

What days is the hall available to hire?

Due to various other sports activities the hall is only available to hire on Saturdays.

Can we bring our own food and drink?

Bookings include the use of our fully licensed members bar. This bar may be in use by our members for home games during the rugby season. Our members are very respectful of your function and would never enter the hired hall space but please chat with us if a home game clash is a concern.

As a licenced premises it is our responsibility to monitor the consumption of alcohol and as such we only allow alcohol that has been purchased from our bar. Drinks brought onto the premises will be confiscated and in some cases guests will be asked to leave. We do not offer any food packages and are happy for you to provide this yourselves or through a caterer.

Is the deposit refundable?

We take a deposit to secure your booking. This means we will turn down others who wish to book the same date. The closer we are to a date the more difficult it is to replace a booking should there be a cancellation. We therefore only refund deposits if you cancel with 6 weeks notice minimum.
